Leadership Opportunities Available in Year 12 A very broad range of leadership positions are available at MGC, and also a range of groups that students can participate in if they don't hold a leadership position. Year 12 students can be involved in the Student Representative Council (SRC), the Senior School Executive, and other captain positions in different areas, who all meet weekly to discuss activities, events, conferences and any other business regarding the school. The student executive positions include: School Captain (2 positions available for year twelves), Philanthropy Captain, Environment Captain, Technology Captain, Science Captain, Public Relations Captain, Arts Captain, SRC President, Sports Captain and the executive secretary. Any student wishing to be part of the leadership program in year 12 at MGC is encouraged and supported to do so, with many benefits from doing so. |
